Views have a yellow cast in Realistic mode

I started a project in Revit 2020 and added materials to the model. When we upgraded to Revit 2021 all the materials have a sepia tone to them in Realistic view that I can't get rid of. I've tried adjusting the lighting and reimporting the materials but noting has worked. Any idea how I can correct this?

I am having this same issue - yellow / gray cast to interior views when using Realistic visual style. Hopefully someone can help!

Has anyone being able to work this out? I have the same problem and nothing seems to work. I already tried the articles that were mentioned.

Did you get this resolved?

Kind regards,

I have kind of solved the problem, in realistic view if I go to graphic display in the properties panel and click realistic, and then choose manual, it gives you the option of image color correction and there I was able to change the saturation and white point to kind of even it out!

So basically, just follow the instructions in the Link I provided above?

HA! Sarcasm?

This is the section in the Link I was referring to:

  1. In the Realistic section, set the Exposure to Automatic or Manual. When set to Automatic, the slider to make the exposure Brighter or darker is not available. When set to Manual, you can control the brightness of the overall view. Click Color correction to open the dialog and make minor adjustments to:
    • Highlights – Light areas of the view.
    • Shadows – Dark area of the view.
    • Saturation – Color intensity of the view.
    • White Point – Shifts the color values in the view warmer (red and orange) or cooler (blue and violet).
Tip: You may want to experiment getting the desired result by setting the scheme and trying it with Automatic exposure and with Manual exposure. You may also want to try setting the value brighter or darker to get the desired appearance.

Perhaps you missed it.  :zwinkerndes_Gesicht:

Not Sure how this is a solution/more workarounds, when the graphics has been fundamentally changed by Autodesk, is there any article explaining why/reason/benefit?

Cause its pretty terrible, has anybody been able to figure out the correct settings to make it match 2020?

I would also like to know if there's any benefit to it. I had to reinstall 2020 because of how bad everything looked.

It was definitely a “work about” I ended up doing the same as the reply below this and deleted 2021 and opened my back up files in the 2020 version and started back to where it left off. I spent 18+ hours trying to modify my renders with the method I mentioned previously, and none of them came out how I had hoped they would or how I expected them to and so I ended up having to revert back to 2020 because they were so yellow and so harsh! I’m sorry this wasn’t helpful hoping for a clean and better updated in the 2022 version!

can confirm its all versions 2021+ , so its here to stay by the looks of it, can't say its a beneficial feature or defined one by Autodesk, on that think it should be logged as a bug.
