Viewport text is grey and it should show in black

I have an issue with the text in "viewport". Instead of being black is grey.

Could you please help me to fix it?

Are you sure it is in the active viewport and not on sheet or another viewport of the same sheet?

is the whole Titleblock grayed out as well?
