viewport line

how can I edit my viewport line located at the bottom left of the title block to fit inside my title block, it's too long.

Viewport?  The Viewport isn't visible. Do you mean the Viewport Title or the View Crop?  You can drag the VP Title to reposition it.  You can check View Region Visible checkbox in the View properties to make the Crop visible.

Select the actual viewport then you can see the view title line grip to stretch it.

That line will normally fit the viewport extension automatically, but if you change the scale of the view the title doesn't update automatically. So,

Option 1: one single click on the viewport and then click on the title to edit it.

Option 2: remove the view from the sheet, adjust final scale and reinsert the view to the sheet for a perfect title fitting.
