Viewport boundary is too large

Hello everyone,

I have a long plan view but I want to print out only one small portion of it. So I created a sheet and attached on it the cropped viewport of the initial view. The problem is that I am getting extended viewport limits out of the cropped area that are finally printed in the exported AutoCAD file. Check the attached image.

PS. This is a mechanical model and it is linked with an architectural model. The architectural link is probably the one which creates the problem through its grids and axes. But I don't have access on it. Any Ideas how to solve the problem?

Hi
Create a duplicate or dependent view
Crop the view .. annotation crop as well.
This should solve.
Else try to create a scope box on duplicated view...
assign that scope box to that view so that’s it will crop that view to that scope box boundary..
Give it a go.
Best luck.

Thank you both for your reply. It is the ARCHITECTURAL Link that causes the problem. When I activate the Annotation Crop button nothing changes. It is only solved when I deactivate the grids of the ARCHITECTURAL Link. So, there is no way to control the viewport range?
