Viewport boundary is too large

Hello,

I am working on Revit and I have 2 cropped views on one sheet placed besides each other. But somehow the viewport of both the views are too large. Whenever I try to select the left view, the viewport of right overlaps and makes it hard to select and work.

Can someone please help solve this issue?

Please refer to the attached image for better understanding.

I was facing similar issue in my Revit model, it was one of the linked models that was creating a long rectangle in the viewport despite cropped visibility options were checked.

There must be some lines that is way too far in the view. This usually happens when detail is copy from Revit to Revit.

Zoom out select everything that comes within the view port portion. Right click zoom in fit. hold shift + Minus to deselcet the element which you want to keep and hit delete. The tiny invisible element will be deleted and viewport will be around the portion that you want to see.
