Hello there,
We create an specific browser organization for our company, we did it through a project parameter "view type" but we have facing a problem. Every time that we create a view, for example a section, it appaears under a interrogation symbol and not under the section position. I know if we go to the section and in the view type parameter we select section is going to be in the right position.
My question is, is there any solution to do in an automaticaly way? Because eventually when the project gets bigger, it is juts become super messy and no all the people is aware that they have do it every time that they create a section or floor plan.
Thanks in advance.

The only way is View types and View templates. Create a new view type (Building Section for instance) and assign a template that sets your parameter correctly. Users will need to change the type when they create a new view but it will file correctly upon creation.
We have also gotten away from using a parameter to file our views, now relaying on the view type as the top level grouping. Our template has all the base view types for each family and users create more as needed.
We use types to group our door details, exterior details, interior elevations etc. Floor plans also are typed and often a template assigned to make sure all the setting are accurate. Code plan, finish plan, dimension plan, working plan.
Its easier for end users to manage since most are used to changing types when they place elements, but not into changing instance parameters.
It would be nice if we could assign type parameters to views, but not yet. Have to rely on templates
Exactly, see view template setting for new views (plans/sections/elevations etc type setting). You can add project parameters to sort the browser organisation and have step 1.2 set through the view template.
