View title instance Label Visibility control from project properties

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to create a view tile family with Reference Sheet Label which its visibility can be controlled as an instance parameter manually from within the project (I want to be able to show the reference sheet label in some views only). I have created a new Viewport family using my custom view title family as its type.

I've defined the visibility parameter as an Instance Shared Parameter (named RefShettVisibility) but it's not working. Actually, I can't see this custom shared parameter (RefSheetVisibility) anywhere in view title /viewport properties.  

I've checked my shared parameters and it's OK at both sides.
