To those who are in the architectural industry, I would like to know on average for your projects how many view templates you may have within your office standards?
I imagine you will get a wide range of responses...
We recently transitioned to Revit, so my guess is this will change quite a bit, but here are our view templates:
Now I got this list by opening a random project we have, so not every job has this. Some can have more, maybe there is a need for a view template that is similar to an existing view template but it's just slightly different...

A template to reset all overrides: does that reset line weight tool overrides also?

You mean Linework tool? No. This only resets what overridden by other view templates, not by elements or by linework tool.
for medium projects we use :
we complete these with other View Templates and incorporate them into the Project Template if necessary...
