I'm not quite understanding, can you explain in more detail what the issue is?

If you're looking for the sheet number of the view you wish to reference, it will appear by your mouse after you select which view you wish to reference. If the view referenced is not on a sheet, then no sheet number will appear.

I mean, in the view reference annotation, you have the option to choose the (view type) like: Floor plans, Sections,3D Views....etc, but the (sheet) option is not in the list ,is it possible to add this option to the list?

Oh, I understand what you're asking. No, you cannot select "Sheet" as an option in the View Type because a sheet itself does not refer to anything. A sheet is simply the means to show a view in a printed or other presentation format.

Why do you want to refer to a sheet? In other words, what do you want to accomplish by referring to a sheet? The view reference family will automatically show the sheet number of the view you are referring to, but a view reference can only refer to one view, it cannot refer to multiple views, and a sheet commonly includes multiple views.
