view range issue

i thought i understood view range but the grey line outside my wall construction below is my roof construction its non selectable, so i cant hide it either. I have tried playing around with the top plane and cut plane but it still displays how can i get rid of?

Select the floor plan view and in properties palette, set underlay: none

ok in the floor plan properties how can you set underlay to none? there doesn't seem to be option to do

Your mouse cursor is already on it - First Floor box next to Range: base level. Now click.
