Why Walls shorter than 6 feet (or 2 meters) are not cut, even if they intersect the cut plane ?????

@reza_naserit8 It's possible that it's a visibility setting that makes the walls look like they are not cut.
Check your detail level settings and ensure it's not set to coarse mode.
Also, check that the visibility/graphics override for walls is not set to coarse mode.
Looking into this help page: https://help.autodesk.com/view/RVT/2022/ENU/?guid=GUID-58711292-AB78-4C8F-BAA1-0855DDB518BF, you can get around this by creating a plan region and lowering the Bottom Plane & View Depth to level at least 2m below the top of the wall.
In the example below I create a wall 1800mm high, the view has the following view range settings:
Below you can see the view range settings for my plan region which moves the bottom of the view range 500mm down which allows for the wall to appear cut in plan.

This is by design. Walls with Unconnected Height less than 6' are considered dwarf walls and will not show as cut even if the cut plane is lower than 6'. To show them as being cut, simply set the wall with the Top Constrain to the same Level as the Base, and set Top Offset = 6'.
