View Parking Lot even with basement level.

Hello everyone,  how can I place my parking lot and parking stalls even with my basement in my 3D view.  When I look at my site plan in the 3D view it appears 5 feet above my basement.  My basement is above ground, but 5 feet below my first floor.  I would like the parking lot and parking stalls to be even with the basement.  Right now the parking stalls are 5 feet above the basement.  I have attached a picture.

When in 3D view, it won’t be obvious what reference plane/level you are working on.

Try displaying the work plane and/or explicitly setting the work plane using the Work Plane section of the Architecture menu on the ribbon.

Why don't you select all parking stall instances in the Project and change their Level Parameter to the Basement Level?  AND/OR, change their "Offset from Host" Parameter Value?
