How to place dimensions manually? Im an autocad user so not used to revit. How can I add dimensions in section and elevation manually? Thanks!

Annotate Tab>Dimension>Aligned. Snap to elements to locate witness line. 

When you say "manually" do you mean override the actual dimension with something else?

If so, you can use "replace with text". But I don't recommend it. Place your elements in the model at true dimensions like it will be built in the real world.

What do you mean by "Manual"? Are you perhaps talking about string dimensions?  When you select Dimension, look on the Options Bar. There you will see an Option to Dimension the Entire Wall in one fell swoop.  Sub options will allow you to select what the witness lines will recognize.

Another thing that occurred to me, is that maybe you are a little confused those Temporary Dimensions you are seeing.  You can make those Temporary Dimensions Permanent.   Here's  how:
