Hello
I do know if anybody use Autodesk Vault and Revit but we are one of those in my company...
When I try to add dwf sheets into Vault from the Revit tab it fails, and doesn't give me any reason why it does as it shows in the video below
http://autode.sk/2DdbmIK
I think I have this problems only when I work in collaborative file places into our Revit server and mapped in Vault, but I am not 100% sure about it.
Anybody have an answer??
Regards

Hi @Anonymous
Can you share the Revit file and the journal? I can send you a private folder to upload.

Hi @Anonymous
Thanks for sharing the other link from the Vault forum.
So you are using Revit 2018.2 and Vault 2018.1.
Please try to update Vault 2018.2 Locate the Autodesk Vault 2018.2 Update files by signing into your Autodesk Account
I will try to reproduce the issue on my machine, and see if I get similar results, but I will need your journal file to compare and investigate further why this occurs. Meanwhile to rule out inconsistency from the Revit side, please try a repair and check if the issue is resolved.
Sharing a couple of Support videos below:
1. Autodesk Vault Professional Integration with Revit Workflow
2.Revit Design and Review Workflow with Autodesk Vault
Let me know if installing updates/ Revit repair solves the issue, or else please send your journal file.
I can send you a private upload folder if you'd prefer. Looking forward to hearing from you.

hello @Viveka_CD
When I try to update to Vault 2018.2, i get this error
I have tried using the Autodesk Desktop app and downloading the patch from my Autodesk account.
I have also repaired but the issue is not resolved.
What is exactly what you need from my journal? the text files or a Revit files? In case you need a Revit file, I do not have any journal of this Revit files in this folder.
Thanks
Hi @Anonymous
This error occurs due to a corrupt installer or when the update is unable to patch to the existing installation of Vault.
Please see solutions in this article: Error 1328 during the installation of Vault 2017 update
Note:
I need a journal to record the actions for your Revit version when the add-in fails to add dwf sheets. This will help me investigate the cause of this error and escalate to the develeopemnt team if needed.
Let me know if the above helped resolve your issue.Looking forward to your reply update!

Hi
I'll continue this, I have the same problem. Get the same error when trying to Add Sheets from Vault Client in Revit 2018.2.
It works as it should when I have a non workshared file, but as soon as it is a workshared file it doesn't work.
I'll attach my journal-file if it helps.
/Thomas
Are you trying to add sheets to Vault while in a local copy of the workshared file? I ran into that the other day, and found that if you open the workshared file itself(uncheck the create local copy box in the Open dialogue window), then add sheets it will work just fine.
