I am working on a permit set for a building. We have several different legends and schedules in this project. My issue is that I need to use the building schedule on several different pages however as I try to drag and drop the schedule and move it into position on a specific sheet, it moves that same schedule on the other sheets. How do I correct this problem.

That's strange. Moving a schedule on one sheet should not move other instances of it on other sheets. Only if you physically change column width or break point.
That is very strange behavior you are describing.
I'm a bit confused. What schedule are you calling the "building schedule?"

Yes if you change columns size or break point then it will reflect on all instances (see my screencast above). If you need to do that, duplicate the schedule and place the copy on the other sheet.
Well of course. Changes to the display/format of a schedule will show up everywhere that schedule is. But the on-sheet POSITION shouldn't change from one sheet to another.
If you need the same schedule data with differing display/format characteristics...duplicate the schedule and make changes to the display/format of that one and use it. Now you've got two of the same schedules but they look different. You can put one them each where you want them.
