Use Geographic Data from a Linked DWG File - Autodesk's workflow

Hi guys

I am struggling for quite some time with Civil 3D to Revit georeferencing workflow. We want to find the simplest workflow there is, because it will be repeated countless times. And there is a really nice Autodesk tutorial:

https://help.autodesk.com/view/RVT/2...5-576C5C9CA484

I've tried many times to recreate it, I simplified my files to the maximum, so that should be really clean process, but every time I cannot avoid this message:

Shared Coordinates Are Not Set Correctly message.png

This happens, according to the steps shown in the video around 2:08 - so directly after clicking "Align" in the option window.

This massage is quite funny in and of itself since Autodesk says in this video " Although the survey point uses the correct coordinates, Revit can't determine which grid coordinate system to use.". So it is expected that Revit does not know grid system - but this is the moment where it should obtain this knowledge.

We noticed that this message will not appear and everything will go well if there is no coordinate system chosen, like this:

But we need to choose coordinate system of course - for us it is Switzerland - CH1903+ / LV95 . And in Autodesk video you can clearly see that they also use coordinate system (Beijing 1954) so it should work.

In the pictures below you can see that I took care of my files, so they have the same coordinates (Civil 3D and Revit)

I am also attaching my files if you would be so kind and try to recreate this workflow. I would be really greateful for any suggestion why it happens. Please help, we've just run out of ideas.

Civil 3D file is in the attachment and Revit file is in this link - https://we.tl/t-ByZ0erZoKo

Can someone from Autodesk please explain why this is happening?
