Ya ..but Look That Thats is property dialog Box...As Per My think U asked To Move Them .She Tried To Move After That Also That's Not Their Thats The Thing She or he Wanted To tell..
@sg.kalidass hello mate , they are the same process either you go to view user interface and tick or right click on your mouse > browser and tick (as shown on your screen shot). thanks

Look inside Workspace, but I doubt you will know which one.
Do you have another monitor?
Yes - Find one and plug it in.
No - Right click on windows desktop, display settings, switch to another resolution, save. Open Revit and see if the browser comes back. If yes, dock it and close Revit then change the resolution back to normal.
