URGENT! Does Revit have a copy with instance property like 3D Max

Hi!! I've been looking around but haven't found the way.

Does Revit 2017 have a copy tool with instance properties like 3d Max has?.  I'm modeling an apartment building of 10 floors, 90% of the floors are exactly the same. In 3d Max when i copy an object with instance option if I modify one of the objects all the copies get the same modification automatically.

I already have the first floor ready, with doors, windows, etc.. I need to do the same as in 3d max, copy this floor 8 times with the aligned to selected levels copy option but that when i modify the first floor all of them get the modification automatically, is it possible in Revit? How?

Thanks for the help!

Option 1:  make them a group and paste it onto other locations.  Edit the group to make some changes and the rest will be updated.  There are limitations but we can address them when you get them.

Option 2:  save the group to an external file and link it back to the master file, copy the link onto other locations.  Open the link and edit and reload and everything is updated.

You can create a Group (link 1), by selecting all the elements and the use the Copy Clipboard / Paste from Clipboard options (link 2) to replicate the group on other levels.
