One of our users was syncing but it was not relinquishing their ownership of some elements. So I forced relinquished them and now they get this message when trying to sync again.

How do we enable the ability to workshare again?

Just copy the current local, and rename it?

We copied the local file in the collaboration cache folder, and that did not change anything. And I think I forgot to mention the project is on BIM 360 so we cannot create a new local.

Last option to open someones latest copy without errors, detached it and set that as central. delete old central and crete new locals for everyone.
