Editing an existing case:- 21573546
Uploading "Manage large files" to Autodesk support doesn't seem to work in Partner Center.
Selecting the file to upload (118mb Revit model) returns a dialogue box that says:-
autodesk.my.site.com says, "That is returned from amazon"
Then another box pops up with:-
autodesk.my.site.com says, "There was an error attempting to upload the file.{"isTrusted":true}"
What the hell is it on about, makes no sense at all to me?
Maybe this question should be sent to the Partner Center's help or support team.
if you work for a reseller then you have direct help with Autodesk through phone or a direct contact person
