Upgrade template to 2023 is messing up a import symbol logo

Hi,

I have a client who in the past wanted their title block logo to export to AutoCAD without having that pesky extra image file. We ended up creating an import symbol because they were quite particular about the font so the stock Revit fonts wouldn't work and some of the linework was too small for filled regions. This worked quite well for 2021. Now they are transitioning to 2023 and we are getting blacked out areas in the closed regions of the text. The funny thing is when the family is opened the import symbol is fine. Any suggestions?logo wrong.pnglogo family.png

Figured out a solution. It seems some hatch patterns in AutoCAD do not work well when imported as a symbol in Revit.

For our problem the hatch pattern used to create the logo is getting exploded the moment it is brought in the Revit template file as a symbol in 2023 and not 2021. So we recreated the hatch using a "solid" pattern with a boundary and created individual hatches for the each letter.
