Updating Dynamo Revit 2017

Hi, I'm trying to update dynamo from the version installed automatically with Revit 2017 to the most current 1.3.2, but it's proving to be complicated. is there an official method to do this? My issue is that the Dynamo tab appears but it's grayed out. I naively uninstalled dynamo 0.9 before I installed 1.3. thanks so much

Use the Autodesk Uninstall Tool to remove Dynamo from your computer

Go to Control Panel/Add Remove Programs and verify it is not listed

Download latest Dynamo version from here:

http://dynamobim.org/download/

Install as usual
