Update Parameters automatically when load inside the project

I created a Instance Parameter within the family and loaded inside the project, Example Length=5000.  Since i am only working only one file for the family i decided to edit the Length in the Family Editor to Length=10000 and load again in project, i overwrite the family and its parameters but it does not update the loaded model automatically. I need to load again the family in order to update. Is there any solutions to update the parameters without reloading it since you overwrite the file and its parameters already?

Select All in Entire Project and change the Instance Parameter Value.

thanks for the response but my concern is, since I want to input parameter values inside the family, I want the parameter values to be automatically updated all existing families with the same name when reloaded within the project. Please see attached picture for your reference. thanks.

Yes, I get it.  To accomplish that, Select All Instances in Entire Project and clear that Parameter Field Value from all of them as one time by highlighting the Parameter field and pressing the backspace keyboard button and then enter keyboard button.

is there any other way other than that because i want the parameter values to be inside the family so that every time there are changes within my family parameters it will just override it automatically in just one click?

Make the Parameters TYPE kind - not INSTANCE kind.
