Unwanted duplicate item in Sheet Schedule

Hello All,

I'm having an issue with a duplicate sheet listed in the sheet schedule. 

the row cannot be deleted, and the said sheet doesn't exist in the project browser. 

I don't know where this sheet came from, why it's listed in the schedule and why it can't be deleted.

do you have any linked models?  if the "include items in linked" is checked in the Fileds panel, it could be coming from a link.
