Unroll / Flattening a planar surface for elevations

Hello guys, 

does someone know how to 'unroll' (similar to 'unroll a surface' command in other software such as Rhino) a facade in Revit to have a flat elevation? Please not this is a flat surface. I'm trying to make tech documents for the roof in the attached image.

Impossible or very difficult in native Revit, but maybe dynamo will help you?

Unroll? Like Flatten?  No, but you can make views for your construction docs.
