unpin leader arrowhead

Whenever I tag an item the end of the leaderhead like the dot or the arrow finds a point and sticks to it even if that is not where I want to point. Is there anyway to move or overide this point location?

Hi. With the tag selected change the option (on the options bar at the top) "attached end" to "free end". Hope it helps.
