Unnecessary text wrap in title block revision schedule

So I have a revision schedule in my title block family, and the text in its fields seems to be wrapping despite having plenty of room to fit on one line. Any ideas as to what's going on here and how I can fix it?Untitled.png

Is your font a customized font? If you switch to Arial or Calibri, will it display the same result?

Yes, I'm using a custom RomanS font with a thicker lineweight to match my firm's autocad drawings. When I switch to a non-custom standard font the wrapping behaves normally. Unfortunately, I can't really do that, since I need to match the fonts used by our autocad drawings. Does this shed any light on how I can make the font I'm already using stop wrapping, or is that just going to be impossible to do in Revit?

Have you try using RomanS_IV25 or IV50 to see if that works for you? I Notice if I use Roman S, it cause wrapping

Unfortunately, neither of those have a thick enough weight to them to match our cad drawings (even when bolded). I had to specifically create the ttf file for the RomanS variant I'm using to match the weight. Here's a picture comparing a bolded romans_iv50 (top) and the font I created to match our cad drawings (bottom)Untitled2.png

Why so you need to match AutoCAD SHX font? Are you mixing AutoCAD and Revit drawings in one set?

Yes, my firm is currently in the process of transitioning over from autocad to revit. Only a few of us at the firm know how to use revit, so while we're working on many of the main drawings (plans, sections, elevations) in revit, other people at the firm are doing some drawings, like the site plan and millwork drawings, in autocad. I've asked them if they can update the fonts used in our autocad drawings to ttf fonts instead of shx ones, but they told me it would make autocad extremely slow.
