Hi Was wondering, if anyone can advise me how i can unjoin extrusions or do i need to redraw them? Attached is a screen shot and also my file which some some components are non adjustable independently, tried unjoin geometry but no luck thanks for your help

They are not joined. They are one extrusion consisting two closed loops. If you want to separate them draw them as two extrusions (copy paste and delete one loop from each).
