Units of parameters when exporting as IFC

Hi everyone,

i'm trying to develop a 5D-BIM Project with Revit and iTWO. I've made the 3D-Model with Revit and got it imported in iTWO. It worked out well, with the only exception of the Units of the mass-parameters. In iTWO the values of the mass-parameters, which I previously created in Revit, are shown in kilograms, although I have defined ton as mass-unit in Revit before exporting the model data as IFC. I need the mass-values to be shown (calculated) in iTWO in ton.

Could somebody help me solve this problem?

Thank you very much in advance?

You may create a Tag and in Tag you can use

more than one unit ( ex KG, Pounds, Ton ( I guess for this you may need custom calculation equation )

Best luck

I am trying to export my IFC to tonnes instead of kg.

Can anyone help me with this? I think the easiest way to modify this would be to declare the units as tonnes, but there is no clear ifc-documentation on how ot do this.

My preference would actually be to modify the unit within the custom mapping table, by chaning the mass format to a number...but then it doesn't export.
