Unique Key Notes

I have several spaces with the same types of case work. But instead of having each type have a general key note, I would like each instance of the type have a unique key note similar to the way doors work. Any suggestions?

I don't see any quick replies to this one so maybe I can

help get the ball rolling. Unfortunately I have no

experience in construction to know what the builder

likes to see on construction documents, but I was just

thinking, what about legends? That's supposed to be

where information about elements go. Just a guess.

you can create a shared parameter and can edit that label/annotation to enter desired value at each location as unique value.

I think you might be confusing "keynote" with "tag". A unique keynote for each element of the same kind, such as doors, is not a keynote, then, but just a tag.

You could do something like this with a Note Block.  Perhaps that will work for your situation.
