uninstall tool does not shows Revit 2022

I wanted to test something, and I noticed at the Uninstall Tool, Revit 2022 does not appears.

does anyone knows why it might be happening?

By default it should be found "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\Uninstall Tool\R1\UninstallTool.exe" ... this works for components related to versions pre 2022.

To repair/uninstall/add components for 2022 you can always uninstaller/installer from Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features

I am testing the installation of Revits Image in the Office. and I needed to uninstall Revit, but it does not appear in the Autodesk uninstall tool.

Doesnt support 2022...you have to go through windows  Control Panel refer to reply 2

therefore for a clean uninstall, I have to take care to uninstall all 2022 elements/programs. Thanks @RDAOU

I don't know what "Revits Image in the Office" is.  An Add-in?  Can't you just Close and Restart Revit?

Even with the uninstall tool for previous versions...it did not cover everything. One still needs to go through the control panel, system registry and manually remove residual items

I have the same problem in that i cant uninstall revit 2022 via windows.

Even deleting ALL revit 2022 files in windows and registry.

When i try to reinstall revit 2022 i get the message that its already installed but everything has been deleted....

corrupt windows install?

Before that my revit 2022 install had same weird issues after the latest windows 10 update....

Anyone else with these errors?

@hve-architecten, I haven't had that issue removing 2022, yet. I have had it on a number of machines removing 2021, however. I had to follow the following 2 articles, linked below. One is for a clean uninstall. The other is completely removing all Microsoft Visual Runtime Libraries and reinstalling only the most recent version of each one.

Well finally got it to work: there's a uninstall exe for all installed revit versions and used just that.

Revit 2022 is working again!

If you installed an Autodesk 2022 product and you can’t uninstall it because it does not show up in Control Panel, you may be able to kick off the uninstaller using the following steps.

1. Open the following folder in Regedit.
   HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
2. Press Ctrl-F to find the product you wish to uninstall.
   For example, enter Revit, then click Find Next until you find the correct uninstaller.
   You should be able to determine if you have the correct product/version by looking at the DisplayName property.
3. Double-click the UninstallString and copy the value.
4. Open a Command Prompt as Administrator then paste the UninstallString value and the uninstaller should kick off.
