Uninstall MEP Fabrication data manager Sync

Good morning, do I need this application to run my Revit 2024? (MEP Fabrication data manager Sync).

I close the app, I try to uninstall and it says "it's running, close the program and retry"... Or, how can I prevent this app to open when I turn on my computer?

Obviously, the app is still running. Use task manager to stop it and then uninstall it.
