Unable to view object in Ref. Level

I am working in Revit LT 2020 where I am trying to modify a family. When the family is in 3D view I can see the object I am looking for but when I go to the Ref. Level I cannot see it. I can hoover over the object and it will and I can see the outline of it. When I load it into my drawing it is the same thing. I can see it in 3D but not in Plan view. What do I need to do to be able to see it in Plan view?

Thank you for your help.

It is modeled to show different detail item in plan view or to show different detail levels when u change view from course to medium or fine...try any of the following

  1. In the project try to change the view to Medium/Fine
  2. In the family
    • delete the detail item or masking region in plan view
    • In 3D select the 3D objects >> from the ribbon open Visibility Settings >> check the box for Plan/RFC

I have the same issue, all elements are visible in 3D view and elevations, but not in the Ref. Level. Configurating visibility settings doesn't work because all elements checked and should be visible everywhere including plan/RCP, and at the same time there is no any masking regions and nothing hidden.   pic.pngpic2.png
