Unable to submit Autodesk Support Request

Ironically, the Autodesk support request feature is broken and I am unable to submit a support request to fix the support request.

This was my original support request, but I am unable to submit it:

 

When loggin in Firefox and trying to access the Support Requests, it refuses my password. I can log in fine in Chrome with the same credentials. In firefox, I get the error: "The User ID and/or Password entered below is not valid or was not recognized. Please try again. "

 

In Chrome, I am unable to select Product release.

I checked the support request page and it works fine.

 

Please see Submitting & Viewing Support Requests 

If you are still unable to create a support request, please send me a message with details and I can log the case on your behalf.

It now works in Chrome, but in Firefox, it says my password is invalid. The same password is valid in Chrome however...

Did you try resetting your password recently?

 

Are you now able to log a case/ support request or you need help?

The issue is partially resolved. The password are still not accepted in Firefox.

 

In Chrome it works.

Have you tried to use AVA? That makes starting a Support Case very quick and easy.
