Ironically, the Autodesk support request feature is broken and I am unable to submit a support request to fix the support request.
This was my original support request, but I am unable to submit it:
When loggin in Firefox and trying to access the Support Requests, it refuses my password. I can log in fine in Chrome with the same credentials. In firefox, I get the error: "The User ID and/or Password entered below is not valid or was not recognized. Please try again. "
In Chrome, I am unable to select Product release.

It now works in Chrome, but in Firefox, it says my password is invalid. The same password is valid in Chrome however...

The issue is partially resolved. The password are still not accepted in Firefox.
In Chrome it works.
