when i sent my views in cloud i found some issues like this

As the first step, please make sure that the issue you are seeing is not something already fixed in one of the product updates, I would suggest checking the Desktop App to see if there are any Revit updates available. For information on using the Desktop App see the following article: About the Autodesk Desktop App
Note: If you are not able to download updates through the Desktop App, the following article has information on downloading updates through the Autodesk Accounts page: Install Updates, Add-ons, and Enhancements

It's been a while and I just wanted to follow up here, any progress on this issue?
Did the resolution by @mpeperkamp or myself help with your issue?
If you still have issues and receive script errors, please try the following:
Try these methods:
Method 1:
1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. In the Open box, type Regsvr32 urlmon.dll, and then click OK.
3. When prompted with the DllRegisterServer in the urlmon.dll succeeded message, click OK.
Method 2:
1. Open the Java Virtual Machine. To do so, visit the following Java Website: http://www.java.com/en
2. Close all instances of Internet Explorer.
3. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Internet Options.
4. Click the Advanced tab.
5. Under Browsing, click to clear the Enable third-party browser extensions (requires a restart) check box.
6. Restart Internet Explorer.
Method 3:
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click Tools, and click Internet Options.
3. Click the Advanced tab.
4. Under Browsing, click to select the Disable Script Debugging checkbox.
5. Click OK to close all windows, and then restart the computer.
