Unable to install Revit 2019 student version

the method I chose is the same as it appears, in fact I have installed the 2014 version of revit, that I had not previously mentioned, the problem that persists is that I can not open the program one time it is installed. I have a question will I have to uninstall the 2014 version and the 2019 version and reinstall the revit 2019?

Not necessary to uninstall Revit 2014, but please make sure you have the system requirements are compatible for Revit 2019 and hardware tools are certified as well.

Considering you have 2014....does your computer meet the 2019 workstations specs?

I got student license but when i try to install Revit 2021 this happens: first picture with install method, and second with download.
