Unable to delete, move or change model group.

I can ungroup it still the ungrouped elements can't be changed, moved or deleted. The elements themselves cannot be edit. I can select them but can't do anything. Worksets are editable, elements are not pinned, there is no design option here. Still I am unable to access it.

Are you able to copy the group to clip board and paste it in a new empty model? Does it behave as expect there?  

• The editability is a different topic. Not all elements are editable. If they are non-native components, then they would be directshapes or freeform elements which are not editable/modifiable
• Not being able to delete or move them could be due to them being part of a grouped freeform. These are oftenly BREPs from Rhino grouped and inserted into revit. Each Brep would retain its own container (appears like an individual family) but it would be part of a bigger container cnsisting of several components .

Again those are only guess based on scenarios which could cause what you are dealling with there. Without being able to check the model or the elements in question, it would be hard to figure it out.

Maybe you can try chatGPT, it seems to have gotten quite popular lately on this forum and so many users seem to find it resourceful
