Bit of a noob question, I know. But I just can't seem to find an answer.
I am using Revit 2022, which I'm still fairly new at using. I am trying to edit a default wall into one without siding. However, I am unable to delete the two layers of "finish," the wood shake and clapboard siding. The delete button is grayed out. I've never had this issue before.
When I search up tutorial videos or guides, there is never this issue. I asked on another forum as well and my post was relatively ignored and those who responded had no clue either.
Switch the preview to Section view then you will see the layers (regions) are splitted or merged. Reset the splitted or merged regions the you can delete the layers. The easiest way is create a new type from scratch.
