Unable to create or edit parameters. An error message window pops up saying a file was not found.

Hi,

Revit version 2022.1

I am trying to create parameter for a family but when I tried to add new/edit parameter, an error message pops up saying a file was missing.

The same problem also happen in a project when I tried to add new/edit global parameter and project parameter. Even when it is an empty project.

Your Accdocs folder is either out of sync or you are not logged in to the proper account with the necessary ACC access

1. Is the desktop connector app which you are using updated? 
2. is this a family in an ACC Catalog

I am using Autodesk connector v15.8.0.1827.

I am not sure what is ACC Catalog family.

But I have the same situation when I am trying to create a new family.

Could the BIM Collaboration Pro license renewal causing this issue?

Because I just made a renewal and having this problem recently.

That version was retired last week. The current version of Connector is 16.11.1.2320. You need to uninstall yours (Control Panel >> Add/Remove Software) and then download and install latest verion

Once, you have done the above, and on first launch it will ask you to add the projects which you are working on and that are hosted on ACCDocs. Hopefully this should resolve the issue for you
