Unable To Create Callout From a Floor Plan View

Hi All,

I have a floor plan view where i get the error message below each time i try to generate a callout from it.

Any help on how to resolve this would be well appreciated

Can you verify the Callout category is visible in the VG settings of your floor plan?

The message indicates that the callout was created but it is not visible.

Check the usual suspects for visibility as mentioned in the message.
