Unable to access Content Catalog from Revit 2022?

I'm able to access Content Catalog successfully from Revit 2024-2026. But when I try to get to it from Revit 2022 I get this error -

Hello, friend 🙂

Weird. My 2022 is doing the same thing on both app and browser 🙄

It worked. I think it's an issue of login and 2FA than a 2022 issue, because I had to do this for both 2024 and 2022.

 

Try to access CC via browser - because Adsk software uses browser login, so you need to start there.

This tool launches Chrome, regardless of what browser is your default. Chrome is my least favorite of browsers and I rarely use it, therefore it does not have my updated login and 2FA info. So you have to delete all cookies and data first, then try again.

Once it worked (in Chrome) it also worked in Firefox!

Here’s as close as I got earlier today -

 

Opened in browser (MINE opened in Edge HA HA!)

But couldn’t open in app.

I wonder where the control for 'default CC browser' comes from. Do you have Chrome installed?

When I launched the App first time in 2022 it showed as blank user. When you click on the default person icon, and select my Profile, it is blank. I clicked on Logout and it prompted me to re-Login. Once authenticated, I am able to connect to the Accounts CC I have access to. 

 

Check to see if you have any luck with that. 

EDIT. 

Forget it: It is not persistent. In 2024 it did a weird thing, and let me access a hub, but not the one I wanted. 

I will raise this to the product team.
