UD Pset doesn't work correctly

Hi everyone,

I have been writing a User Defined PopertySet.

But in not al cases the requested parameters are added to the property set.

When I'm using: PropertySet:  ILS  I  IfcElement

Then de same properties should be added to the set for walls and also for roofs, right? How can it be it is not?

I'm using the latest IfcExporter (23.3.1)

If the parameters are not the same or if values are empty or not set then they tend not to be exported.

Upload a small sample of your project and your user defined property set, so we can take a look.

In the attached model it concerns for example the assembly codes.

I have been using Revit 23.1.20.70 and IFC-exporter 23.3.1.0

We have been trying make an ifc-export from another workstation with an older version of Revit (23.1.10.4) and an older version of the IFC-exporter (23.2.5.0). It worked that way... Could it be the newer IFC-exporter is not working properly?

There seems to be some changes in the exporter. If by design or bug I am not sure about.

If I look in Navisworks and select a wall I see this:

See also this issue on GitHub (where IFC exporter is developed). You might keep an eye on the GitHub pages to see if something changes.

So, I believe not much you can do right now. You might try to use an older version of the exporter and see if that solves the issue.
