Two level based nested family issue

Trying to create a nested family of an isolated post and pier foundation that includes a footing, anchor strap, timber column post, and cleats. Wanting two level based so the model can adapt to site conditions with taller foundations. It's calculating parameters just fine, and inserting and flexing fine, but the column is displaying in the wrong spot. The base level of the column is ending up at the floor above. Its height is calculating as if it's sitting in the right spot. The family itself acts fine. I suspect it has something to do with the column family and its two levels conflicting with...I don't know. Can anyone stear me in the right direction to resolve this? Attached the host project. Family in question is in the crawl space and called Iso Footing with Post

Thank you for your time

I see what's going on. You nested a 2-level into a 2-level. Won't work that way.

Lame. That's what I thought. Didn't want to create a new column family separate from the rest of the project but not a big deal I guess. Thanks for isolating the issue for me. You need to get paid for this stuff.
