Turns Into a Pumpkin?

I OWN 1 seat of Revit Architecture 2011.  I don't need to pay every year to keep using it.  Is that sort of licensing available with Revit 2018... or do I rent it for $2,000 per year and it turns into a pumpkin if I don't pay every year?

Revit is now sold as subscription only. Must be renewed after subscription term is over to continue to use it.

No option for perpetual licensing.
