Trying to phase unit layout options

Hi,

I am working of a project that is an overall renovation.  So to start we have 3 phases, existing, demo, and new construction.  For the residential component I have created a 2nd option and a 3rd option phase, my problem is that when I am in the 3rd option phase I am not sure on how to set up the phase filter so that the 2nd option does not show up in the 3rd option phase.  Racing against a the clock any and all help is greatly appreciated.

I attached a screenshot, first plan is 2nd option with show complete phase filter; 2nd plan is 3rd option with show complete phase filter.....my thought is to create a new phase filter but what settings do I apply to it so that only my 3rd option plan is showing

You shouldn't need Demo phase. Demolished elements are created under Existing phase and demolished under New construction phase. Demolition views have Phase status set to New construction and phase filter set to Show previous and demo.
