Trying to create TBlock parameter containing same data for all sheets

I know how to use shared parameters to set up a custom text field on my title block but the ones I do will contain date unique to each instance of the title sheet. I am trying to make a parameter so show same data on all sheets.

This procedure I used:

1. Created text parameter in shared parameters file.

2. Created a new label using the new text parameter.

3. Loaded title block into the project,

4. Under project parameters added parameter from the new field.

The new field shows fine but data entered is unique to each sheet,

Assign the shared parameter to the Project Information category, not Sheets category, and use it for the label of the Title block family.
