Truncating Revision Schedule with a Calculated Value

Is there a way to truncate a revision schedule by using a calculated value?

For example; there are 12 revisions that have been issued but the revision schedule only fits (graphically) in a space for 6 revisions. 
Has anyone used a calculated value in the revision schedule title block template to only show the last 6 revisions when loaded into a project - leaving off the ones that don't graphically fit in the schedule (the oldies that nobody cares about)?  Before I start pulling my hair out trying to put together some calculated value - trying to figure out if its possible.. or a fools errand.

How are you dealing with revision schedules that get crazy long? Do you merge and delete? Do you split and move the schedule to another location?

May have just found my own answer.. mildly embarrassing.

Is this how you do it?

Open Title block

View > Schedules  > (click on Revision Schedule)

Change "Family: Title Blocks" to "Schedules: Revision Schedules" (next to Edit Type in Properties)

Go to Appearance > should be pretty straight forward from there..

Finding this just makes me soo happy, .. I love this program..

Yes you have found right settings. That's is how I too set the revision schedule to a fixed height to fit in the titleblock.
