True North rotation problems

Why is my site model rotated? The first symptom of this problem is that the view cube does not match North (first picture). Second is when I link my site model inside a project file the site model is rotated (third pic).

Please help! I want my norths to be always the same!

You want True North and Project North to be the same?  Then set the Angle to True North on the Project Base Point to zero.

...or do you mean you want to Rotate Project North?  Manage Tab: Position: Rotate Project North.

My question isn't clear, sorry for that, I will edit it now.

I was surprised that when I linked my site model into a project file I saw my linked site model in a floorplan of the project file displayed as if it was in 'project north' even though the plan has 'true North' set (picture 3). This is wrong and I want to change it but couldn't.

(picture 1) shows that inside the site model file the view cube is rotated. (picture 2) shows the correct rotation of site model in relation to North.

I'm still not following. It's clear from your View Cube that your Project has True North is slightly askew from Project North.  Where did True North come from? Did you Acquire Coordinates from the Site Link?

I think I get it. You linked into your Project's "True North" View the Site.RVT.  You haven't Acquired Coordinates yet. Go to the Manage Tab: Coordinates and press Acquire Coordinates and then select the Link. This will reconcile the orientation.  Both Parent and Link will now Share the same Coordinates.
