Hello there
I'm having some trouble with other users trying to load some of my revit families into there plumbing projects so i was just wondering of you guys could try and download them and load them into your own plumbing projects and see if your experiencing the same issue if so would you have any solutions?

I didn't test for functionality, but they loaded just fine.
That said, I loaded them in Revit 2020.2 using the Insert ribbon > Load Family tool.

Where you able to actually able to place them into the project because thats where the problem lies
Looks like some of these families are floor hosted. It could be causing an issue because typically MEP models don't have floors or walls. The floors and walls are linked in, so we need face based families or non-hosted families for them to work properly. You can easily convert these families to face hosted... see video below, there are a few on youtube if you want to search further.

Yes I was, but when I saw 2 were floor based I drew a quick floor in my model. since the floor was live in the model, they worked :-).
