transparnecy of inactive views

When I have a bunch of detail view on a sheet and activate one of them to edit it, all other become grayed out or transparent.  In the past, they were lighter than the active view but still very much readable.  In R2019, they become soo light that I cannot read any text or see any lines clearly enough to reference.  Is there any way to make the inactive views on a sheet darker?  In the attached screen shot the inactive view is at least 50% darker than it appears on any of my workstations.

Hi, @haydenwse . Go to the Manage tab >> Settings panel >> Additional settings drop-down list >> Halftone/Underlay dialog and set the Brightness of Halftone as desired.

Hope it helps.

That sort of worked.  It changed the way that the inactive view appear on screen but it also made the printed halftone items to also print darker.  So it appears that I am stuck with the choice of not seeing something on screen but having it print correctly  or seeing things on screen and being overwhelmed by the halftone stuff in prints.

Seems to be a poor choice either way!  Those two functions should be separated.
